Ingredients (Makes 6–7 Rotis)

250 g (2 cups) Reana Organic + Protein Flour

180–200 ml lukewarm water (adjust as needed)

1 tsp olive oil or cooking oil (optional, for extra softness)
Method
- Place the flour in a mixing bowl.
- Gradually add lukewarm water while mixing until a soft, smooth dough forms.
- Add the oil (optional) and knead for 8–10 minutes.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and allow it to rest for 15–20 minutes.
- Divide into equal portions and roll into thin, even rotis.
- Cook on a preheated hot tawa over medium-high heat for 30–40 seconds on each side until the roti puffs.
- Serve warm. Brush lightly with olive oil or ghee if desired.
