• Products exchanged/ returned complain can be raised within 24hours after delivery.
• Raise complain at support@reana.pk & attach invoice & product pictures.
• Products will only be exchanged if they're in original condition. This entails being unopened, sealed,
undamaged, with all stickers and tags are intact and packed in their original packing.
• No cash will be returned, only store credit or product can be exchanged.
• Record video before opening the parcel to claim any damage or missing product. Claims without video record will regrettably not be able to proceed further.

Once you return your order, you have the option to either request for a refund or receive store credit which you can use for shopping with us in the future. Refunds will take up to 14 days to process as per bank policy. Store credit will be provided to you on the spot.

Hassle Free Return and Exchange
As per our return or exchange policy, we accept returns or exchanges made within the 7 days of order receiving. You will have to send back the items in 100% original form at your own shipping expense, we will not compensate charges paid by you while shipping back to us.
We will require 10-15 business days to settle these claims. In case of switched, broken or un-sealed items there are no return or exchanges possible.
