ā¢ Products exchanged/ returned complain can be raised within 24hours after delivery.
ā¢ Raise complain at support@reana.pk & attach invoice & product pictures.
ā¢ Products will only be exchanged if they're in original condition. This entails being unopened, sealed,
undamaged, with all stickers and tags are intact and packed in their original packing.
ā¢ No cash will be returned, only store credit or product can be exchanged.
ā¢ Record video before opening the parcel to claim any damage or missing product. Claims without video record will regrettably not be able to proceed further.
